It is implied that, by using our website you agree and accept the following terms and conditions:


BOOKINGS

  • All rates are per apartment (not per person).
  • Minimum stay is 2 nights.
  • Fully cleaned on a weekly basis.
  • Weekly linen and towel change.
  • All utilities/bills are included in the rental price.
  • Check in  time - 14:00 hours, check out time - 11:00 hours.
  • If you want to check in outside working hours ( 9:00 - 19:00 ) or over the weekend, an additional 10 EUR fee applies.
  • For leaving any apartment rented from us any later than 11:00 a.m. but not later than 16:00 a.m. a 25 euro fee applies.
  • When you make a reservation through the website, the rates that you see on page (and the request form) at the time you make the enquiry are the rates that we apply and confirm to you.If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation we will contact you accordingly.
  • In the event that the apartment of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your request, Sofia Rent Apartments will endeavour to offer you an alternative apartment of similar price, quality and location.We will not, of course, proceed with an alternative reservation without your prior approval via email. However, if you have stated a specific alternative apartment on the booking request form, we will make that reservation for you automatically, should your first choice of apartment be unavailable for the dates chosen.
  • After you submit the online booking request form, you will soon be notified by email of your reservation confirmation, including full booking and payment details so you will have all the information you need.
  • Your email confirmation will usually be with you the same day if you booked between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. If you have submitted a request outside of these times, your email notification will arrive the following morning, or on the following Monday if you booked during the weekend or after 5 p. m. on Friday.We will always try to get the confirmation to you as soon as possible.
  • If for any reason you are unable to access the email address you gave us in the booking request form, please email us using an alternative email account as soon as possible, stating your details, at: sofiavisit@gmail.com . Alternatively call us on +359 878 551 839 . 
  • If you are unsure about anything, please do not hesitate to contact us.

PAYMENT

  • Full payment is due in cash upon arrival.
  • Some apartments have specific terms and conditions that apply and if you have requested such a booking, we will inform you accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS

  • To cancel a reservation please contact us as soon as possible via email ( at least 48 hours before arrival on written notice), quoting your booking reference number. We will then make the cancellation.
  • If you need to cancel a booking urgently, and it's outside of our office hours, then we strongly advise you to call us directly  on : +359 887 399 887 at the very moment you decide to cancel your reservation.
  • Amounts already paid are not to be refunded in case of cancellation. Such amounts can only be deducted from the amount due for a future reservation with us as a compensation.

OUR WEBSITE

  • All apartment information and descriptions are regularly updated and therefore are actual.
  • Sofia Rent Apartments reserves the right to change information published on the website at any time, including rates, descriptions, photographs.
  • Sofia Rent Apartments also reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company's business. The onus is placed on all parties using the website to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By using this website, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
